Note from Suzannah: I get a lot of email and many different topics here's some thoughts sent to me I am not as knowledgeable on this topic I just want to know for over $2 billion on the 911 text system why we cannot text 911 and clearly if we have a large-scale terrorist attack or a hurricane Sandy 911 and 311 telephone systems will collapse so why can't we email or find another way to communicate?  It should be noted Raytheon like SAIC and Northrop Grumman allegedly accused of overbilling New York City gov along with other contractors and consultants.

Every firstNet booklet and web page blames 911 communication breakdown, YET firstnet is internet, big fat broadband to suck out data, not connect emergency services, they are real time data streaming, video sound, and we know medical files and soon education files too. Internet is not a good choice for 911 services, at all.
