CCRB building new phone system -- new tele number.... Finally returned to building after shockingly long time and handed over my complaints to Internal Affairs.
The Internal Affairs Dept is back logged for some reasons and the 90 days they had to investigate all those involved has come and gone.
Too date and I went over this with IA today Sgt Chen and Det John Vergona refuse to give me their badge numbers even when notified The Comptroller's office requested their badge numbers.
I going to gargle with Benadryl and mylanta to lessen ulcer like pain that made swallowing last night difficult and kept me up along with upset over assault and depositions.
I took pain killers a rarity but the pain I felt in knee hip back and tonight neck -- the neck is a constant and worse since Delita Hooks assaulted me with 3 levels of damage in a 7 vertebrae structure -- and tonight the pain and flu like symptoms not as dramatic although my throat is burning my low back and neck hurt nothing like last night felt extremely bad and coughing so brutal my ribs hurt. Not coughing now.

The good People who tell me they are sorry for what Dr Fagelman's receptionist did to me. I tell than I am moved by their compassion because Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks never apologized to me.
They do not seem to believe they did anything wrong. He did not fire her.
